First, input scrap wires into shredder, it can shred wires to 4-5 cm for further process.
Second, belt conveyor transfer shredded wires into crusher. Blades crusher can crush wires into small particles which size less than 3mm or 5mm. We adopt blades crusher which has high rotary speed and in the bottom of crusher is removable screen which can control the size of crushed materials. By this step, copper and plastic won’t composite together anymore.

Third, crushed particles be transferred to air separator by belt conveyor. But if scrap wires has iron inside, copper wire recycling machine need added magnetic separator on belt conveyor to remove the iron. After that, crushed particles go into air separator. As we know, in same size, copper is heavier than plastic, so air separator can separate copper and plastic by airflow and specific gravity of them.
By last step, most copper can be separated, but if you has thin wires, there will be 1% - 2% fine copper mixed with plastic. Then you need electrostatic separator to separate fine copper from plastic. By electrostatic separator, the separation rate can be over 99%, there will be no copper inside plastic.

Also, we adopt pulse dust collector and cyclone dust collector to collect dust during whole process to make sure there is no air pollution during machine working also it can maintain the cleanness of working area.
